We honor the UNESCO-recognized, 8,000-year-old traditional Georgian method. Our wines ferment and age underground in hand-crafted clay vessels—Qvevri. This natural process yields complex, skin-contact amber wines and deep, robust reds, untouched by artificial additives. Beside our wines, we distill pure, smooth Georgian Chacha following our family recipes.
