We had such an amazing experience in this winery. From picking up the grapes directly at the vineyards, then pressing them in a traditional way to learning how to make khinkali and churchkhela and finally tasting some wines and enjoying the supra.

Вчера посетили эр замечательное место. Нам все понравилось :) и дегустация, и кухня, и виноград, который нам нарвали в дорогу. Вино Kisi было настоящим открытием, раньше пили только красное вино, но это совершенно что-то новое и вкусное. Всем рекомендую )

We had such a wonderful day with Wine Trails!

We started with an amazing lunch, then went to the vineyard to harvest grapes ourselves. We also got to stomp the grapes, make churchkhela and khinkali, and learn more about Georgian wine and food traditions.

At the end of the day, we all gathered around the table, eating, drinking, talking, and laughing together. Everyone welcomed us so warmly that we truly felt like part of the family.

The food they made for us was also some of the best we had during our entire trip in Georgia. It was such a personal and unforgettable experience, and we would love to come back and visit everyone again someday!

私たちはトビリシのホテルから迎えにきてもらいました。
到着すると、素敵なランチでお迎え。何を食べても美味しかったのですが特に感動したのがバドリジャーニです。ナスのロールのことで、スパイスとくるみのペーストの味がジョージア1でした。レシピを教えていただき、スーパーでスパイスを買いました。日本にいる家族にも作りたいと思います。
そのあとは、ルトヴェリの祝い方を体験しました。ブドウ農園で収穫し、足で歌を歌いながら圧搾。搾りたてのぶどうも美味しかったです。そしてクヴェヴリも見ました。アンバーワインの作り方を学びました。
クッキングクラスでは、ヒンカリとチュルチヘラを作りました。どちらも本物の作り方をしれて嬉しかったです。
ディナーではジョージアの伝統的なバーベキューをはじめ、食事や歌を楽しむジョージアの伝統的な行事・文化をすべて経験し、完全に虜になりました。またここに帰ってきます🍷🫶🏻
