Driven by a lifelong passion, Zaza Makharadze personally oversees the production of our natural wines. Zaza is the founder of Wine Trails Georgia. He has years of experience in guiding international travelers. Georgia is often called the "Cradle of Wine." In our cellar, we honor this 8,000-year-old tradition every day. Our wines are crafted using natural fermentation in Qvevris buried underground. This unique method is even recognized by UNESCO.
