Dear friends - Welcome to Georgia. There are many wonderful countries in the world where you can find many interesting sights. But if you are looking for a place of incredible beauty with a fascinating history and kind, hospitable people, you need to find your way to Georgia, in a country full of contrasts, where East meets West. We will show you the most secluded corners of Georgia, the oldest monuments of Georgian architecture, you will be able to taste the most popular and rare varieties of Georgian wines and national cuisine This tour is for you! Itinerary

Day 1. Mestia.

Arrival at Kutaisi International Airport, meeting with the group, transfer to Mestia. Hotel in Mestia. Free time. Dinner.

Day 2. Mestia and its surroundings.

Breakfast at the hotel. Sightseeing tour of the Mestia. Visiting Svaneti museum of  history and ethnography. After, walk to the Chalaadi glacier. Then we will head to the Khatsvali cable car lift, climb up and admire the views of the snowy peaks of the Caucasus range that open to our eyes. Dinner. Overnight in Mestia.

Day 3. Mestia – Enguri Dam - Prometheus Cave – Kutaisi.

Breakfast at the hotel. On our way we will visit Enguri Dam. Currently being the world’s second largest dam and the largest hydroelectric power plant in Transcaucasia – 271.5 m. The arch dam of Enguri hydroelectric power station has been granted the status of a cultural monument of national importance. A unique sight awaits you. Then you will visit the mysterious underground landscapes of Prometheus Cave. Stalagmites, stalactites and fossilized waterfalls, formed over millions of years, create a unique magical atmosphere. Return to Kutaisi. Dinner. Accommodation at the hotel.

Day 4 . Dzalisi - Château Mukhrani – Mtskheta – Tbilisi. Breakfast at the hotel.

After breakfast, departure to see one of the important archaeological monuments of the ancient period - Dzalisi (II century AD). Our tour continue, we leave Dzalisi and drive to the wonderful world of Château Mukhrani (1885), for discover the Georgian royal family history and breath-taking legends, a flavor of antiquity and enchanting wines. Wine tasting here. After the tasting, drive to the city of Mtskheta (UNESCO) - one of the oldest cities in Georgia (8-4 centuries BC). Visiting the historical and cultural sights of the city and the “Jvari” monastery (VI century). Dinner. Overnight in Tbilisi.

Day 5. Tbilisi.

Breakfast at the hotel. Sightseeing of Tbilisi sights. Free time. Hotel.

Day 6. Tsinsndali – Alaverdi monastery – “Wine Trails”cellar -Tbilisi.

We will start this day with a journey through the Kakheti region and a visit to Tsinandali. A 19th-century palace (1835), an ornamental garden and a historic winery that combines European and centuries-old Georgian winemaking traditions. The highly prized dry white wine "Tsinandali" is still produced here. At this factory you can try traditional Georgian wines. Our way will continue to Alaverdi Monastery, symbol of the blossoming of the Kakhetian culture. While parts of the monastery date back to 6 th century, the present day cathedral was built in the 11th century , replacing an older church. The monastery, also, is famous for wine, made with Georgian traditional technology, known as Alaverdi Monastery Cellar. (If you wish, we can to organize monastery wine tasting, by adding the appropriate amount). You will have the opportunity to visit the monastery beekeeping farm, find a lot interesting about the bees. Try and compare honey of different seasons, and at the end try honey-vodka prepared by beekeepers. After all this, we can already visit "Wine Trails" winery in the village of Ikalto. You will get acquainted with the traditional Georgian wine making technology. Dinner with national dishes and various wines which are made in the cellar of "Wine Trails" company. Return in Tbilisi. Hotel.

Day 7. Uplistsikhe - Ubisa - Kutaisi.

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to Kutaisi. On the way visiting the ancient rock-cut city -Uplistsikhe (BC VI-IV, UNESKO). Our next stop will be monastery complex of Ubisa (IX-XIV centuries). Arrival in Kutaisi. Accommodation in the hotel. Dinner.

Day 8. Preparation for departure. Transfer to the airport.

End of the tour.
