General Information

 Important  information:

Hotels, check-in and check-out time

Typically, most hotels allow guests to check in from 14:00 and check-out at 12:00.

Please, read these notes carefully!!!

* Depending on the international tourist flight used, the hotel may charge an additional fee for early check-in or late check-out.

* The tour price does not include guaranteed early check-in and late check-out.

* Hotel accommodation is subject to availability. We cannot store hotel rooms for a long time and therefore, cannot guarantee their availability at the moment the guest makes the booking decision (especially during the busy tourist season). Reservations are not made until confirmation is received from the guest.

* If the hotels offered by the tour program are not available, we will replace them with another hotel of the same class.

Therefore please, let us know if you would like your room to be available for earlier arrival. This is especially true on the first day of the tour and for those who arrive early in the morning. One option is to pre-book and pay for an extra night at the start of your tour, which ensures your accommodation will be available no matter what time you arrive. Please contact us for information and prices. It should also be noted that on many of our tours we designate the first day of the itinerary as "arrival day" and excursions or other activities are not included. If you are arriving early or prior to the tour start date and would like to make additional arrangements privately, please contact us.
