We arrived without a reservation and he was happy to welcome us onto the winery and give us a tour! He explained the whole winemaking process to us and offered us some delicious wines and cha cha to taste! He sent us home with parting gifts as well. Zaza has a real love for his craft and a love of sharing it with others, which made this experience so unique and intimate . We got a really nice tour of their history and wine making. It was great tasting and really good discussion of whatโs important in life, i.e happiness and wine.
