Shenako

Shenako - a small village located at an altitude of 2050 meters. It is located about 4 kilometers from Omalo (Lower), at the confluence of the Andean Koisu and the Arizani Pirikitelskaya, most famous for its beautiful 16th-century church. In fact, the villages are very close, but between them lies a deep gorge. From the north, Mount Samekhe (2497 m.) Rises above Shenako. In the east - the ridge Vevo (2973), beyond which - Dagestan.
